St-Imier, a municipality in the Bernese Jura in Switzerland, the village traces its roots back to the year 884 A.D. By the late 18th century, it became home to some of the largest Swiss watch brands, including EXCELSIOR PARK Excelsior. By the early 20th century, the brand was a pioneer of the chronograph, producing 32 different movements by 1922.
The brand became a significant Swiss watch manufacturer, producing chronographs and stopwatches for science and sports.. They also provided movements for renowned Swiss brands like Zenith, Girard-perre-gaux, Gallet and Certina.

The EP 884-SI from Excelsior Park comprises 6 distinct models, all in finely polished and brushed 38mm 316L stainless steel cases. These are three-hand, time-only watches, available in a contemporary, elegant collection designed to enhance anyone’s style. Dials range from ivory enamel with blued hands, to black enamel dials with polished steel or yellow gold-plated numerals and hour markers. Different strap options are also available, including a sophisticated rice bead bracelet and textured black or brown leather straps.
DESERVING OF RECOGNITION
Founded in 1873 by Charles Alfred and Aimé Auguste Hahn, Landeron specialized in small calibers for ladies’ watches before becoming a founding member of Ebauches SA in 1925. Taking advantage of the First World War, Landeron became one of Switzerland’s leading suppliers of ébauches, supplying many Swiss watchmakers with column-wheel chronographs.
